TraidB operates solely as a B2B information, indexing, classification, and business discovery platform. It is NOT a seller, buyer, broker, payment processor, or transaction marketplace. All communications, proposals, contracts, and payments occur independently outside the platform.

You agree to provide accurate registration details, keep your credentials secure, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Accuracy & User Due Diligence

While TraidB strives to structure industrial data effectively, we do not independently verify all company listings or specs. Users are exclusively responsible for conducting independent due diligence before engaging in business with any listed entity.

5. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

Unauthorized automated scraping, database extraction, or distribution of platform content is prohibited. Respect all third-party intellectual property and trademark rights.
