About Yazd Samin (یزد ثمین)

Yazd Samin Construction Company began with the belief that quality, responsibility, and innovation are the three main pillars of any lasting structure. The company started in 1999 when it recognized the 3D Panel system as a future-making product in the construction industry at the Tehran International Building Industry Exhibition. This led to the construction of the first building with panel load-bearing structure in Yazd province for Daneshgahian Company, an industrial bakery. The company established a training unit early on to educate executive teams, supervising engineers, and designers on the technical and execution principles of the 3D panel system. In 2006, the company added a production unit and launched the first semi-automatic production line for 3D panel walls. In 2012, the production line was upgraded to a fully automatic system, and in 2021, a second fully automatic line was added. Today, Yazd Samin is a dynamic, pioneering, and innovation-based company that sees itself as carrying a culture rooted in intergenerational commitment, lasting quality, and responsible innovation.
