Sistan and Baluchestan Province Electric Power Distribution Company is a private joint-stock company established on March 18, 1992. The company's objective is to distribute reliable and sustainable electricity and supply power with an economic approach within the framework of relevant laws, regulations, and standards. Its main center was transferred from Tehran to Zahedan in 2001, and it officially began operations at its current location on March 11, 2011.

Vision

The company operates within the framework of regulations, policies, programs, standards, and supervisory criteria of the Ministry of Energy, including standards for power quality, reliability, and distribution network losses, with the following missions: 1- Creating development, improvement, optimization, operation, and maintenance of distribution networks based on approved standards. 2- Energy transfer using distribution networks for delivery to consumers. 3- Purchasing electricity from the wholesale electricity market and energy exchange. 4- Supplying electrical energy to subscribers at mandated prices. 5- Cooperating with regional electricity companies in optimal transfer of super-distribution substations. 6- Leading and monitoring the electricity distribution network. 7- Selling electricity wholesale to licensed electricity institutions for delivery to consumers.
