About Simia Sanat Tosn (سیمیا صنعت توسن)

Simia Sanat Tosn is a manufacturer of lobe type blowers and screw compressors for the direct reduction iron and steel industry. The founders and managers, after years of activity, research, commissioning, repairs, troubleshooting and experience in former agencies of Aerzen Germany and EagleBurgmann Germany, succeeded in manufacturing these blowers, compressors and their auxiliary units in Iran. Since 2012, extensive efforts began, and in March 2022, the first Iranian-made Aerzen process blower model GQa22.23xz was started at Pasargad Steel Company and has been operating without problems. Subsequently, the same type of process blower GQa22.23xz has been operating without problems at Saba Foolad Bandar Abbas since April 2023. Also, an oil-free screw gas compressor Aerzen model VRa736L was built for Mobarakeh Steel and successfully entered production in July 2022 at the Mega Module Saba Mobarakeh reduction unit, performing identically to the German-made compressor. Replacement of Kobelco Japan blowers and compressors with Aerzen Germany design has been successfully carried out at Golgohar Development Company since 2019, with two units in operation.
