Shirin Gostar Asl Qazvin Company, known as Baghlava Ashrafi Asl Qazvin Nikahd, started with home baking of this traditional sweet. After over 2 years of research into the historical and cultural roots of Qazvin baklava, they developed a formulation that preserves the nostalgic aroma and taste while meeting modern standards. After dozens of test productions and strict evaluations, they obtained all legal permits and the health production license (Sib Salamat mark) and officially began operations. The company is committed to using the finest and freshest ingredients, including handpicked pistachios and almonds and high-quality saffron, and bases its pricing on full respect for consumer rights with fair and minimal profit margins.
