About Institute for Research & Planning in Higher Education (موسسه پژوهش و برنامه ریزی آموزش عالی)

The Institute for Research and Planning in Higher Education (IRPHE) was established in 1991 to institutionalize research and planning in higher education in Iran. It began operations using the facilities of the Educational Statistics and Planning Center, a subsidiary of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology. Its organizational structure was officially approved in 1993.
