About Durocem (دوروچم)

Durocem was founded in 1962 in Italy. In 2002, it officially began operations in Iran with the execution of the Apadana Ceram factory covering 320,000 square meters. In mid-2004, the company introduced steel fibers for concrete to Iran for the first time and has since been recognized as the pioneer of fiber-reinforced concrete in Iran, with over 1,200 projects in industrial flooring, steel decks, concrete elements, and multi-story parking structures. In 2011, a factory was established on Saveh Highway with 40% ownership by Italian partners. In 2013, a mechanized factory was launched in Baku for concrete admixtures and construction adhesives. Since 2019, Durocem operates as part of the Novochem Group holding company.
