About Behsakht (بهساخت)

Behsakht Construction and Development Group started its activity in 1991 with the preparation of urban building plans. After fifteen years of experience and attracting expert specialists, in 2007, it began producing construction products. It established a small production unit for concrete joists, which has now become a 5000 square meter factory in Pakdasht, producing concrete joists and lightweight cement blocks (Leca) with a daily capacity of 1500 meters of joist. In 2010, it launched a production line for double-glazed UPVC doors and windows in an 8000 square meter factory in Garmsar Industrial Town, under the brand name 'Vin Sam'. The group now has 700 square meters of office space on three separate floors and provides services in architectural plans, facade design, interior decoration, and more.
