Zahedi Flour Production Company is a well-known factory in the production of quality flour. The founder of this important industry in Golestan province was the late Haj Mohammad Saheb Tamaskani Zahedi. The company started its activity in 1988 by merging two factories named Gandom Kar Khoosheh, with a capacity of 250 tons of wheat per day, and increased its capacity to 400 tons per day in 2005. The company has mechanized warehouses with a capacity of 55,000 tons, metal silos with a capacity of 30,000 tons, and concrete silos with a capacity of 2,000 tons. Using Bhler (Germany-Switzerland) technology and employing expert forces and modern equipment, it has achieved top national and provincial ranks from the Standard Organization for many years.
