Salman Farsi Agro-Industry Company is located southeast of Ahvaz, 40 km on the Ahvaz-Abadan road, with geographical coordinates 3057' N and 4830' E. The total area is 12,700 hectares, of which about 217 hectares are allocated to administrative and industrial sites, 1,539 hectares to roads, irrigation canals, and drainage canals, and 10,944 hectares to sugarcane fields. The green area of the fields is over 10,600 hectares annually. In the industrial sector, the Salman Farsi sugar factory can receive one million tons of sugarcane, producing over 100,000 tons of raw sugar, 35,000 tons of molasses, 300,000 tons of bagasse, and 38,000 tons of filter cake per year.
