Kara Sanat Tadbir Paya Company started its activity in 1995 under the name of Kara Tadbir with the cooperation of a group of graduates of Sharif University of Technology. The goal of this company at first was to produce knowledge-based equipment in energy-related fields. After designing and manufacturing steam ejectors, this company was able to receive a certificate of approval from the Scientific and Industrial Research Organization of Iran in 1997, and then in order to localize and use domestic capabilities, in 2001, its first production unit with an area of 2000 square meters was put into operation. In 2006, it obtained the ISO 9001-2000 certificate from TV Rheinland Group in the field of designing and manufacturing many equipment required for power plants, oil and gas and petrochemical industries, and changed the name of the Kara Air conditioning company to Kara Sanat Tadbir Paya. Its second production unit was launched with an area of 6000 square meters in Mashhad Toos industrial zone. In 2013, this company was evaluated as a 'knowledge-based company' and in the same year, in order to move towards export and cooperation with international companies, it established EFEFKATTECH in Germany. One year later, Kara Sanat Tadbir Paya was able to register the brand name KARAJET and develop its product portfolio.
